A little boy whose birthday was approaching, goes to his mother and asks her to buy him a bicycle.
Instead of an answer, the mother asks him:
-But... have you been a good boy, did you learn well at school, did you help your mother with the housework?
The child leaves the room with his head bowed and started writing a letter to God:
I know I'm not the best child in the world...”
The boy reads what he wrote and, unhappy, he rips the paper. Then writes again:
In the world, there are boys worse than me...”
He changes his mind again and throws the paper in the trash. After a few moments of thinking, he sneaks into his mother's bedroom, takes from her nightstand the Virgin Mary statue, runs smiling back to his room, wraps her in a towel, locks her in a drawer and confidently writes again:
If you want to see Your mother again…”
